    Assist with Personal Care: Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene. Medication Reminders: Assist with medication reminders as per the client's care plan. Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed. Companionship: Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition. Communication: Report any concerns or changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
